I love the whole idea of sculpture; the physicality of the work, the need to give it space in our lives, the 3-dimensionality of it. I enjoy the process of progressing from an idea to a sketch, then to the finished piece, always negotiating with the material to produce the end result.

I work in a variety of media, including stone, metal, wood, mixed media, and installation. Each allows me to do something the others don’t and each brings its own language to the piece.
